Leaving my home country changed my mind completely. I think the more you move and the more new people you meet, the better you are as a person. I will never stop moving; at least travelling.

2005 - 2010

Building my base

I studied Advertising and P.R. at Complutense University of Madrid and it was actually there where I started loving Communications and Advertising.

2009 - 2010

When I got 'social'

I got my first opportunity as a creative intern and CM at Territorio Creativo, for interesting clients like Puma, Castilla La Mancha, Malta Tourism, etc. This was (and still is) one of the reference agencies in Social Media Marketing, so I learned a lot.

2010 - 2011

When I was in McCann

I left Territorio Creativo because I won a creativity contest in my university. The prize was a 6 month internship in McCann Erickson Madrid, working for free but learning from the big guys.

2011

Tbilisi, capital city of Georgia

When the intership was over, moved by crisis and love, I started to live in the middle of the Caucasus. Trying to learn Georgian language and discovering Georgians’ authenticity made me twice bigger as a person.

2011 - 2013

First big opportunity

Only one month after my arrival, I got a chance to work at Windfor’s, one of the best agencies in the country. I worked as an Art Director and also managing the Social Media Department. Here I got my logo to be chosen for the first mall in Georgia and I worked for some great clients like Geocell, TBC Bank or GPI Insurance Group.

2013

My own foundry

I learned how to make my own fonts, helped by my friend Alik and starting by experimenting with my first one: Miraflores. Then, when I was working on the second one, Benicassim, I decided to start the foundry Fontbilisi, where I could manage all the fonts I would make later.

2013 - 2015

A big agency

I got a good professional offer from Saatchi & Saatchi and I couldn’t reject it. They wanted to grow up in creativity and so we did. We got new clients really quickly: UNDP and Wendy’s. Plus we tried our best to increase the work level for other brands, like Nestlé or Azersun.

2015

Peruvian explosion

The market was too slow and quiet in Georgia, so I decided to accept an offer I got from Peru. This country was in the opposite situation, growing up very fast, specially in creativity. So, I started to work at Tribeca Media as the Creative Director for their new huge client, Entel, plus to try to get some new business.
